1 Day Glasgow Tour + Meal at Mharsanta

Looking to treat yourself and really make a day of it? This joint ticket includes our Glasgow City Sightseeing Tour plus a 2 course meal in the wonderful Scottish themed restaurant “Mharsanta”  – a perfect day out, incorporating fun, food, sights and travel.

Our tour takes approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes and has 21 stops along the route.  You can hop-on and hop-off at any of the stops to visit one of Glasgow’s free museums or art galleries, do a bit of shopping or simply a walk in one of the city’s many parks.

This ticket also includes a two course meal at Mharsanta restaurant situated in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City (Stop number 3), Mharsanta offers a wonderful selection of new and traditional Scottish dishes. Mharsanta (pronounced ‘Var-Santah’) meaning Merchant in Gaelic, has a passion for using seasonal, local produce from Scotland and is here to ensure our guests have the very best experience from the moment you walk through the door.

  • MacSween’s Haggis croquettes served with a whisky cream sauce
  • Red Pepper & Goat’s cheese croquettes with a sweet chilli sauce (v)
  • Arbroath Smokie Cullen Skink served with fresh sourdough
  • Wild mushroom on toasted sourdough in a garlic and cream sauce with grana Padano (v)
  • Avocado, beetroots & poached egg served with toasted sourdough (v)

Mains

  • Fish and chips – Hand battered Peterhead Haddock fillet served with hand cut chips & tartare sauce
  • 6oz Bacon Cheeseburger served in a brioche bun with house sauce, tomato and chopped lettuce. Served with fries.
  • Vegetarian Haggis Burger – MacSween’s veggie haggis with moving mountains veggie burger on a brioche bun with onion jam, tomato, and house sauce. Served with fries (v)
  • Mharsanta steak & sausage pie
    served with thick cut chips & tenderstem broccoli, baby carrots & peas
  • Haggis Lasagne – a Scottish version of this favourite with MacSween’s Haggis.
    Served with Garlic Bread

  • Warm Chocolate Brownie – Served with Drambuie cream and chocolate shavings
